1. Delivery Time Expectations

   For our products we will communicate an estimated delivery date and time. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we will contact you to look for an alternative solution. When your order has left one of our factories or warehouses, you will receive an e-mail with the exact delivery date.
   If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive more than one shipping email, each with the details of the individual delivery. Your goods can also be delivered to various locations. Please contact us if your delivery does not arrive within the specified time that was specified.

2. What payment options do I have in the STILL.shop?

   In the STILL.shop you'll have different payment options. We offer the following payment methods:
   - Invoice
   - Credit Card
   - PayPal

   If you receive a message about a credit card authorisation error, please check whether your billing address matches your credit card billing address.
   Try again to enter your security code and verify that it matches the billing address of your credit card. After validation of the information entered you will receive a second attempt to make the payment.

3. Which guarantee regulations apply to your products?

   All our products have different warranty periods.
   New products are subject to the manufacturer's product warranty, which can be found on the respective product page.
   Our "used forklift trucks" have a special used equipment warranty.
   The warranty period depends on the corresponding used equipment classification. Please read here more about the classification and warranty period of our used machines.

4. How can I complain about a product?

   If you are not satisfied after receiving your goods, please send us an email to Service.still.shop@still.uk or get in touch with us by telephone on: 0345 603 6827

5. How can I change my address?

   To change your address, all you have to do is click on the "Your account" button, which will be displayed in the "Account" section above the search bar. A window named "Your customer area" will open.
   Click "Insert your main address". There is also the possibility to add an additional address. Click on the button "Your addresses".

6. What delivery options do you offer?

   Depending on the size of the product, we will deliver it by courier or by our own vehicle to your desired address in the UK. Alternatively, you can also order your used forklift truck from one of our used equipment centres.

7. How do I find what I'm looking for in the shop?

   The top navigation takes you to the desired sub categories. Here you'll have the option of filtering the relevant products. You can also sort the displayed products as you wish, e.g. according to relevance and according to the prices ascending or descending.
   Alternatively, you can use the search function if you know the product name.
   The search will return the relevant products where you'll have the possibility to filter and sort the results.

8. Can I have the products delivered abroad?

   Products that you have ordered via our shop can only be shipped in the UK and to UK locations.
